We're officially a bonded pair - say hello to the Asuncion Chun family: the Asun-chuns!
We officially tied the knot in a small ceremony with just a few family and friends. We invited only our closest family and our best friends - the reason we're together in the first place.
We said our vows at the Santa Clara Court Recorder's office in their chapel. The chapel was gorgeous! (And coincidentally decorated in our wedding colors)
After the wedding, we went to Be.Steak.A in Campbell to have the best meal ever - and we brought home food for the week.
After our wedding day, we went back to the first place we went as a couple - Seattle! We stayed in a pineapple-themed hotel, went to the Aquarium, saw a Chocolate Factory, and generally had so much fun.
And of course, we visited some cats while we were there. They appreciated the scent of our California feet.
Less than 20 days after our wedding, we closed on our new house. We weren't really looking, but we found something we couldn't pass up.
So many huge changes at once - it's almost unbelievable!
We live very close to our old address so the cats won't have far to travel. We haven't moved in but we're getting everything packed up and ready.
We are jumping headfirst into married life! We bought a house (moving in progress) and have a ton of furniture to buy, paperwork to update, and so much more to do. Check out the Gallery Page to see photos of the wedding day and honeymoon.
Rei and Vixie assisted us with filling out the marriage certificate and deemed our ceremony "human" and "boring." They are thrilled that nothing has changed for them (yet).
